CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR is social psychology applied to consumption situations. This situation includes buying, selling, using and disposing of consumer goods and services. At the end of the course, students should possess a working knowledge of attitude, perception, consumer’s decision making process and external factors that influence consumer behavior.
